#1 - another example of dual class voting shares on NYSE - Ford Motor Class A & B with 60% and 40% voting power respectively. The Ford family owns 2% of the stock and control 40% of the votes.

Great find . I have heard this many times over the last 20 years from analysts on BNN. It always comes down to something to do with its dual class structure the NYSE doesn't like. Obviously it would be a great advantage to be listed there

Are you aware of any other Canadian based dual structured Canadian based Stock listed on NYSE? Bombardier said in 2014 they were perusing a NYSE listing and it never happened. Embraer bombardier rivals at the time were listed on the NYSE.

so now there is a rule that a Canadian company with dual class shares can't be on the NYSE? Who cares? I've already proven 2 major companies with dual class shares trade on the NYSE and I haven't really begin to look yet

You are 100 percent correct sir another person pointed that out . I've followed this stock for many years and heard that was the reason from many analysts on Bnn
