Mr Martel. Countries are looking to JAS-36 Gripen and French Rafale jetfighters to put in high altitude some nanosatellites. A modify Global could do that cheaper "easily" at 50,000 feet, or even a Challenger at 45,000 feet.

...US Pentagon also spent a 104 milion project based on the F-15E Strike Eagle.
