Everyone has a right to sell, even insiders. Decisions are made based upon one's situation, what is best for them. Judging their reasons is actually a waste of time, of more importantance is whether Bombardier has a tremendous future, one that will reward shareholders.

Mr. Gallagher has been with Bombardier since 2002. His credentials and accomplishments are impressive. Yet, like ourselves, his shares came very close to being worth nil. A big fat zero. If I was him, I would do the same and take some of the reward off the table too.

you sure don't know how those stock options work, for insiders, cause if you would know the whole story, you wouldn't put a dime in any stock! if the company would of went bankrupt, those insiders wouldn't have lost nothing, us yes, cause we paid for them!

If an insider have/know a bad news and sell his shares, he is in a very, very bad situation and criminal trouble. 1st, its completly illegal, putting his future and job at risk, 2nd, its the only dumb enought to have do it (sell his shares), as, ''where were you when the shi...t it the fan'', 3rd, each year, a couple of insiders sell their shares given by the cie as remuneration ...more
