If BCE stock price quickly returns to 46 it would likely confirm that BM0 and their surprising bearish report 60 min before market open did indeed help the shorts cover from their tenuous 45.50-46 level.

Or it represented a great buying opportunity. This is why I have cash set aside in my portfolio and rarely DRIP anything. These opportunities can present themselves once or if lucky maybe twice a year in my basket of stocks I watch.
