preparing myself to pick up some shares

ex dividend date is dec 16 and last trading date to reconize tax losses is dec 30.
i guess it will be a bloodbath between dec 16 and dec 30. let's have some cash ready to be invested

I agree. Always have to be ready for any deals that might appear, because a lot of loser stocks overreact on the selling side. With BCE I'll start buying at $35.79 and take a full position at $33.33 if it gets there. If tax loss season drops BCE Shares to those levels I'll buy, but only during December. If it doesn't happen next month, I won't touch BCE next year if ...more
