Right...still wondering if there could be some knowledge of an upcoming sale....accumulating shares in anticipation? Wishful thinking?  This co is a black box so we are all just guessing...I guess...

What is the catalyst for the sale? Not sure I buy the Couche Tarde tie up, given it is more prudent for a company like Couche Tarde to rent the premises and not exactly a prudent use of $30MM - $40MM in capital. Also, not sure I buy the succession planning angle because if that was a serious consideration this would have been completed ages ago, not at 80/ 90 years plus executives. The strategic

Thanks O, for the insightful comments.  Yes it seems as though this co. will not initiate anything and that we are all just waiting for Godot. Whether that be the passing away of an original owner or some other event, it would seem that outside events will dictate future actions. It also seems pretty obvious that this company is not growing or developing...just reducing assets from time to
