Yah shareholders ".......drop the divi smarten up mgmt....must admit something has to give might be worth buying knowing the divi should be gone which may boost the stock

Loads of shorts still (always) if they ever have to cover that's good news. What happens over the next few months as we warm up and gas has no catalyst to go higher or hold around 3 bucks... Bir likely would be debt fee and chugging along nicely at a higher price without this divi.

If you dont like the ppl that have shorted BIR then you got to love the DIV at this level cause every time they pay out the shorts have to cover the .20$ payout that can get expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's true I'm sure most know this yet it doesn't seem to matter does it. Drop the divi the shares likely will rise buying this now for a sustainable divi is ultra risky

acording to the CEO last interview the DIV at these levels is sustainable and he had no intentions of cutting it. possibly he know something we dont?!

They are using debt to pay the divi he said so himself if gas is over 3 bucks they are ok but not under

so many ways to handel this they are not getting rid of the Div but there may be a cut that will be totally priced in at this point, they could hinge the Div to SP at lets say 8%
