BK and FTN the place to be

For some reason, gamblers are buying up DF, which is approaching 15 $ unit nav very slowly, and FFN, which is up over 9 % today, and nearly a dollar away from paying as far as UNIT NAV goes..
I prefer the safer BK, and FTN, and even DFN  . I suspect the markets are NOT going to go straight up  with all that is going on around the world, and FED and BOC attempts to  quickly stall inflation will not work without crashing the economies here.

Yup but for an alternative investment that pays a relatively safe distribution of almost 10% I use EIT.UN.  Their NAV is good and they were one of the few that never dropped their monthly distribution payout, even at the bottom of the market back in 2020.  I sold it off at it's recent high and bought more BK.  Volatility, when it's relatively predictable can be a reall ...more
