probably could have been bought out for 2 to 3 bucks instead we get a possible deal.
The possible deal is well done by Matt. but nothing is finalized. The little shareholder has no warrants or any othr incentives while the big shareholder can sit and wait with warrants.

Alvin with the chipmunk brain. What do you mean "instead we get a possible deal" in lieu of a $2 to $3 buyout? The entire plan is to get to production and an offtake deal is one of the dominos needed to fall. No one other than thirsty retail traders has even said the word "buyout".
