BLDP trading at 80% of cash value (with no debt)

Have never seen that much of a discount, with a TSX300 stock.?.
I don't care what the burn rate is...a vulture has to be looking at it
They love stocks with lousy sentiment, and tangible undervalued assets,
And it don't get more more tangible than cold hard cash
