You have to wonder what's going on with the stock price. Good news is ignored like today's $10 million plus contract.
Personally , I think a lot of it has to do with a lack of retail investors who are the only buyers since Dak Capital ceased buying June 16th at $3.09 ( last buy) . Without Dak Capital as a buyer , demand for shares is missing and low liquidity makes it hard to buy sizable amounts of shares.. Ugly circle at this moment which I think ends soon.
i have only seen one mention of a capital raise in the medium term in any analyst report.

$10M for 5 years, is only $2M/year ...or $500K per quarter.  Very good, but not uber large either.  I think the real positive news here is there is the adoption by three different companies.  Adoption cycle for BLN's suite of product is taking some time in large established industries with big players already established - takes some time to change/rearrange the pecking order ...more
