2 Reasons the deal will be completed.

1. You don't fight the Chinese It's one thing for the Albanians to play hard ball with a Canadian company, with a Chinese company it's a different matter - so BNK is simply worth more to the Chinese. 2. There is a $20 million non-completion fee clause payable should either party choose to back out.

lol hardly convincing. $20mil is nothing for this company. It will probably cost them more than $20 mil to issue the shares to buy BNK. Your other argument is also valid the other way, hard for a small Canadian company to play hardball with an obscure Chinese company if they back out of the agreement
