Market not buying it so far ?

Market not buying it so far ?
I picked up some here this morning at C$ 0.82, but should have held off a bit longer becuase we're now 12% below that level at C$ 0.72.

This price represents only 40% of the "implied consideration" figure of C$ 1.80 quoted in today's news release.

Is this huge chasm caused mainly by:
  • The complexity of the deal triggering some existing holders to bail out? In other words a short-term mismatch between sellers and buyers?
  • Complete scepticism of the valuation mechanism adopted by Blue Ant?
  • The proposed handing over of voting control to Mr McMillan?
  • The mention of a likely further fundraising?
Or am I missing something much more obvious?

Thanks in advance for any observations,

Harry
