RE:Market not buying it so far ?Been thinking about why Cormark , the only firm covering has not issued a comment. They can't  and that's a problem for average retiel investors.

Advisors

Scotiabank acted as independent valuator and exclusive financial advisor for the Special Committee. Cormark acted as financial advisor to Blue Ant.

Stikeman Elliott LLP acted as legal advisor to BRMI and Goodmans LLP acted as independent legal advisor for the Special Committee.

Bennett Jones LLP acted as legal advisor to Blue Ant.

Torys LLP acted as legal advisor to Fairfax.

Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP acted as legal advisor to IDJCo.

I don't rule Fairfax's involvement as being a reason why holders are skeptic of this deal ; I found out in AGT Food Ingredients , what's good for Fairfax wasn't good for me.
