It's hard to say. But they just made new updates and closed the case to new submissions and it's ready for final decision. Apparently this will be reviewed by Judge Flavio and either ruled on

Look at the court case movements. MPF already appealed on March 27. Belo Sun submitted counter arguments on April 1 to the appeal. MPF gave an opinion on April 15 (Which was a day after SEMAS approved
