Market doesn't know about the water permits.
If the market doesn't know then it'll come back to ~0.20 support, until Belo Sun releases news the stock won't move. So back to 0.20 support we go! You can buy back in there.

It would be foolhardy to commit capital until things are fully approved. Any CEO who spent money on prep without the necessary permits would never work again if for some reason tall the permits

Water rights is the FINAL step in the process which means the EIA has been granted. You can't get water rights without first having the EIA in place!!! This was submitted to SEMAS today
