suspect I was just thrashing this around in my mind .There is an investment newsletter named Bottom Fish Report by John Kaiser . For about 3,000 US he gives members undervalued penny stocks that have a big upside (10-20). He faxes to the premium isubscibers a few days before he releases to members who pay 1500/year . I think this could very well be the subscribers who get the fax. I don't think he is the only game in town but I do know of him .If that is the case I think we should see a few large days of volume and price increases before the news triclkes out
