I don't thinks a J.V will all happen before all permits are in place,when you get a miner that's a significant name it atracks tree huggers to make a lot of noise,the bigger the minning company the better it is for these tree huggers to expand there there voice they use the bigger names in there favor.

I believe B2Gold will be a good fit. Not that big not that small. Capable and smart management. Done deal with Belo management before. They know each other since Central Sun.

B2 in my opinion is one of the best juniors, I'm surprised they haven't been taken out by a major,I think what's stopped a take over is the location of there mines.The mining Eng teams is one of the best they know how to produce ounces at low costs.

Their first endeavor was Bema that made them very rich. Clive Johnson knows how to take risks and make money. That's why I'm betting on them to buy Belo. Even if we get their shares as part of payment.
