Why are we waiting for anything when all the land issues and FUNAI have been resolved?

OK, I get it - from Q3 MD&A: FUNAI has not issued the final documentation advising that the ECI has been completed. FUNAI has advised Belo Sun that it expects to issue the final documentation in a timely manner, but it is also currently backlogged with work. Belo Sun notes that it is difficult to estimate when the documentation will be issued by FUNAI but management estimates, following

Once that final documentation is issued does that mean Belo Sun has the green light to build the mine or could we get more delays?

Who knows with these guys .I know it's hard in the Amazon to get everything going towards minning but there is management teams that have done it and are doing it as of now, This management team is having a hard time in Brazil.In the future this will be mined that is garanted.Is belo sun's management team good enough to   Close this ? That I have  my doughts, i think they are

Are we talking about Mike Hoffman?Dont even go there first of all the Jacobina mine was In Bahia a lot easier to obtain minning permits,and Mike would likely  give this at a bargain to yamana,ask passed share holders of crocodile gold what they think of him.

I can see your positive on belos management,I unfortunately don't believe they can do this but for all share holders at belo including myself I wish all the progress here towards this going ahead,at one time I held 300 thousand shares my position is very small here now I've moved on to blue stone resources and liberty gold the reason is I like the management and the location,liberty was
