What will happen when interest rates drop?

What will happen when interest rates drop?Currently at new ATH nearing USD$120K.  Once money printing continues thanks to the BBB, and with expected interest cuts at least 2 X this year, BTC should rocket up in this new bull cycle.  I will call for $200K by end of 2025.  Any opinions out there?
