New Executive Order just now.Looks like the 200,000 BTC held by the USA will be part of a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.  At least that means that the 200,000 BTC will not be sold.  In addition, other digital assets can be acquired.  

Let's hope that capital gains taxes will be removed.  Friday.  GLTA.
