It is very basic math: Net debt is $2.44B CAD and EF assets sales is $3.25B CAD, remaining cash is $810M and they make $100M plus FCF in Q4, so total cash is between $900M to $1B.

Selling eagle ford they will go from over 100K barrels per day to 65K barrles per day. Drop in production but all the debt is wiped out. This mive take theiet breakeven to $52 WTI. So eaentially
