on Dec 10, as per sedi release today.

Call out bad behaviour or you get taken to the woodshed with a smile on your face.

I never liked Baytex.

Bagholders always make excuses. It's a poor practise. It is 1/3 of his position and he is telliing you that he doesn't believe in the company. But yes I agree, it is peanuts, except you need to apply analysis and when you see Baytex has very very poor (almost the worst) insider activity, it does mean something when your capital markets exec is selling. I don't put too much weight on immaterial insider trading. Look at OVV for example...CEO bought next to nothing shares when the price was about 2.50. I made out much better than he did on that recovery.

I wouldn't disagree Brian has not done a very good job communicating with shareholders. Maybe he's "retiring" and we will have a new guy in the new year. Or, excuse number two is an old saying I like. People sell for many many reasons, but they only buy for one. A new car, a ski chalet, a new house , a divorce, Harvard tuition. It could be anything. I find it funny that estechukoutsider would be saying something like that (highlighted) since the last time I saw him was on the Pony site . I'm guessing thats where he got all his "bagholdin" experience . Estevan is about as "redneck" as you can get and the outsiders posts on the Pony site were as useless as his revelation here .
