Oil prices rise but China's COVID surge limits gains

What a shock that China's COVID is surging, I put everything on red because China said that things are getting better but they lied. If only China could come out and repeat itself so that Oil would turn bullish again. Oil dove back into $74 Oil only $4 off the low of $70 so if this is bullish then I would hate to see when it's bearish.
