BMI

BMI (Body Mass Index). If it's over 30 then you are the problem. Half of Ontario's budget is spent in health care costs due to diseases related to obesity.

Lol Bill Mayer, lefty that he is, nailed it when he said that Covid exposed America's real health epidemic. Obesity. Main stream media will not report that 77% of Covid deaths were obese. So who are the real wokies who's feelings get hurt when they're told that their undisciplined, slovenly lifestyle is a huge drain on society. 

Personally, if you're BMI is over 30 then your opinion on anything means nothing to me.

Yeah I filter out over 30 BMI as my first filter. Then my second filter is if you can jog one kilometer without stopping and do st leastb one pull up to your chin without ripping out the tendons of your upper arms csusing you to go on opiodes to handle the pain for the months that it takes for your tendons to heal.

I believe the Brazilian martial arts you refer to is called Capoeira , l remember seeing a movie about it a long time ago.

Yes, they had a school here but it has now shut down because over 7 million people have left the country. So now I just work out once in a while to keep my BMI at around 27. My core assumption is that it is ever increasing taxes that is the main driver of inflation. I read that over half of Ontario's budget is spent on health care so it makes sense that if everybody got in better shape then ...more
