The Department of Energy (DOE) announced offers totaling 6 million barrels to be delivered between December this year and January 2024, as the Biden administration sought to begin refiling the heavily-drawn Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR).

Yes and they are looking to do it at $79/b, which likely won't be filled. This is why they have only refilled 6 billion barrells thus far this year. Perhaps they can fill it with cheap Russian oil at $60/b, hahaha.

Probably, the Biden administration   did yet the refill the SPR  with the Russia Oil  via India  on  the black market  , The USA   they can do anything  for one dollar, like the old expression, " An american can kill his mother for one dollar ".So nothing will surprise me  with   USA  oil , just look what they did try&
