Juniper

Kind of looking at this but the Juniper shares are giving me some pause.  Looks like they still hold 100m shares and have been slowly selling into the market as it appears they are all free trading now.  Thats a pretty big overhang on the stock.  I guess improving conditions would help the market consume those shares, but it does seem like a pretty big overhang in the short to mid term.  I remember listening to a conference call where management said Juniper were not looking to dump shares, but it looks like they have been.  Anyone have any guidance on this issue?

The share price is the share price. The value of the company really does not change if Juniper dumps their shares. Sure the sp will fall for a few days but the actual value of the company stays tha same.  The inverse is also true, what if there were a big buyer the sp would go up but the value of the company stays the same.Value is what I look at. Is the company heading in the right direction ...more
