More Mood Swings

It's amazing to see the menopausal mood swings on this board when oil rises just a little bit. We don't need a spike in oil. We need consistent $85 with a $10 differential in wcs for about 1 year. If that happens real money will come.back to the oil sector because right now there are too many unknown variables that can knock down prices. I won't list them here. Right now fund managers can make "easier" money with stocks like mag 7, except tesla. Even lower rates are no good for oil for they make dividend payers like oil and gas less attractive. Lower rates favors techs. Baytex is a hard sell at $9 even if oil is headed towards $150.

Well before we get to 85$ we need some spike in oil isn't ..... so until we get to 85$ , a 3$ oil jump in a 24 hrs period is good enough for cheer , menopause or not , when you have no meal for 2 days , a piece of bread always bring cheer lol

Baytex is a hard sell at $9 even if oil is headed towards $150??? Wow, really. If Oil hits $150 Baytex will be trading above $9 or I'll eat my underwear...hahaha... That would only be about $900 million more in free cash flow per Quarter on top of current free cash flow.

I wish the same ABC and you don't have to eat any undergarments, but just look at the price action. Oil is high 70's and baytex under $5 with a lot more production compared to in the past. My comments were regarding the reasoning behind the lack of bullish sentiment for obvious reasons. If oil hypothetically hit $150 investors could still shy away from oil stocks because fear of price ...more
