3% increase in BTO today

This is NOT because the POG was up today. So, is this in anticipation that the old month is done and there is a brighter future for December? I sincerely hope so, and also expect it. Just my thinking.

Yes, I believe you're correct. Also, the dividend record date is coming up Dec. 8th. It looks like we could go up slow and easy until the spring/summer. IMO.
