BTO is not strong, what's the problem?

Since a year BTO is UP and had a good upside but the last months show  a weakness and i cannot explain the reason for it. Someone can explain.

It probley time for clyde to get of the fence and spend some money from his coffers. aquisitions is big now. but bto is just sliding along like a slug on a log. investors are getting bored watching this company doing nothing.
