Another 52 week low

Management is beholden to the shareholders of the company. Send them emails, concerns and contact their IR. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with all their dilution, but still putting up no results.
Comment by kingscorpion on Mar 08, 2022 2:39pm
1st of.Theres no dilution. I think you should also.know market is down because of the war in Europe. And why don't you send emails to them and come here to tell us.

To Kingscorpion, would please ask your friend Kendrick to buy a  cheap CVX STOCK, that opportunity should not be passed, it would help CVX and stock, a win win.
Comment by kingscorpion on Mar 08, 2022 3:50pm
Somebody I'd buying under The volume is over 800k and it was as low as .225c
Comment by kingscorpion on Mar 08, 2022 4:03pm
Somebody bought big at .225c Over 400k So maybe one of these directors If that's the case perhaps Cedar website should have it listed. Maybe Glavel people seeing all the good things happening to CVX may have done the purchase
Comment by Capharnaum on Mar 08, 2022 5:49pm
At 22.5 cents, the market cap is $28M and they probably have cash around $20M right now. So the net value of the business is only $8M. There can't be too much additional downside. They could sell the assets and liquidate the business and return more than the current market cap to shareholders.

Yes true PYR also went thru exactly the same pattern Having come down all the way from .65 c to a low of about .18c then all the way up to $12 and change. I am not expecting a same rise but, up to around say $2.50 to $4.00 should be where CVX should be.
Comment by yoshka2000 on Mar 08, 2022 7:42pm
YOU SAY,$2.50- $4.00 BUT WHY,? THERE IS A REASON FOR THE STOCK TOBE HEADING FOR THE BASEMENT THAT HAS $90 M. CONT. TO FILL THAT'S SITTING ON THE SHELF NOW FOR HOW LONG, ....WHY?
Comment by tony08 on Mar 08, 2022 10:13pm
In my opinion, Cematrix and the customers they have contracts with have been affected by the pandemic. Cematrix must also be able to announce to us the implementation of some of these contracts and new contract signatures. Thereafter, they will have to provide us with good financial results.   So far none of this has been accomplished, but the potential to see the stock go over ...more
Comment by kingscorpion on Mar 08, 2022 10:44pm
CVX has stated numerous times the reasons to be COVID. The customers have pushed some of their contracts to later times, but this year CVX expects the $15 mill contract to start soon and I believe the $30 mil contract to start in Q4 of this year. Plus, all other contracts that CVX will have his hands on. If I am telling that PYR also went thru the same stock price move and you still come here and ...more

To Kingscorpion, you should call your friend Jeff Kendrick to ask him to buy back shares, if you do not want to call him, maybe your friends Vinmick or Bushman should give a call to convince him to buy back shares
Comment by vinmick on Mar 09, 2022 9:38am
I have already put my two cents worth in the right people.  It's in their ball court.  They have been considering it, but, seeing is believing.  It's really a no brainer.
Comment by vinmick on Mar 09, 2022 10:01am
Just a thought.  Maybe they are waiting until the stock hits 5 cents for the buyback.  The sad part is they don't realize it would be in their own personal best interest.
Comment by kingscorpion on Mar 09, 2022 10:23am
Let's be realistic Vin At .05 c they can buy back all their shares and turn CVX into private company But if they have plans to buy back shares say around .20c to .22c then they can buy up to $50-$60 mil shares by spending only about $10 mil. Is that what will happen I guess time will tell. Somebody few days ago did buy 400k around the .25 mark and bought another 400k yesterday I don't know ...more
Comment by vinmick on Mar 09, 2022 10:32am
Just wondering.  HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF SARCASM?   Look it up.  Yes I exaggerated, was just trying to make a point. And on a buyback they can only do 5% at a time.  And I did see the 400k lots get bought up.
Comment by Capharnaum on Mar 09, 2022 11:30am
With a NCIB they would subject to 10% max in a year, with max daily volumes. At 24 cents this would be $3M in a year.
Comment by kingscorpion on Mar 09, 2022 11:38am
Yes normally they give time frame when they announce a large buybacks. I don't think I have to go into that kind detail with you fine gentlemen!!
Comment by tony08 on Mar 09, 2022 1:19pm
Contrary to you guys, i would be surprise if Jeff Kendrick would announce a large buyback. I rather think that a smallcap like Cematrix prefers to keep his cash to make other acquisitions and grow.
Comment by kingscorpion on Mar 08, 2022 10:23pm
Yea yoshka -bushman it's called the war in Ukraine you banyak Where do you think do you live. In Hawaii or Mars!! Why do you think Nasdaq Dow Jones are down 20%
Comment by tony08 on Mar 08, 2022 2:54pm
[/quote The Power, i don't know what dilution you're talking about either.....Are you referring to the private placement done at .65c that has a strike price of .81c ?? On January 18  "Kingscorpion" gave a good explanation on this: So this means in year and bit from now when these warrants come to maturity the s.p HAS TO go over .81c to facilitate these ...more
