They are doing their penny flipping. I hope they sell and the next day there is a takeover and they miss out. I know some posters will argue with me, but, this is a great takeover candidate. Having the leading North American cellular concrete company in their network would be very profitable. Especially for the fact cellular concrete is making big headways.
