This present 35 cent price is a joke.  This should be between $1.00 to $2.00 easily.  But for some reason, someone or something is determined to keep the price down.

The Globe and mail has $1.00 target price. Wow did the analyst raise the target price and we've been caught asleep? Or.is there more than one analyst.covering CVX? Who ever knows let us know please. Enjoy
