On "PURE" stock exchange

On the "stockwatch" site, declared today at 4:11:12 p.m., a volume of 750,000 CVX at $0.35!! executed on May 9 i think...

Seller and buyer both from "Beacon".

The transaction(s) was made on “Pure stock exchange”

Anyone know what this is about?? and why we ear about it only today

It could be the shorter i mentioned below He was going to short the stock down to .30c and so I started grilling him day in and day out till I think he said to me I covered my short at .34c or .35c and we should see the stock go up. Sorry jsibbick i did'nt see your post ......i was sleeping :) The transaction date ( i think) is under " last trade " on "stockwatch" web site. for all the other trade it was yesterday's date but for this one it was May 9 Also there was no trade at $0,35 yesterday....so it surely was before.

It could also be a cross trade. These as far as I know don't get recorded on the same day or become part of total shares traded on that particular day.

It was a cross trade the marker shows that on stock watch. Was recorded as a by-pass trade and cross trade.

Noted: Many ways to lock in some profits on volume grow investments......Sell a few winners for profit then buy all of them right back as a long term believer mIght do. ;>) JMHO PS: in house cross trading by larger firms..
