It does give us a lot of upset stomache, we do not need, we deserve better,we have been patiently for longtime, l will speak with CEMX firmly and PLAIN ENGLISH, no none sense, help me God.

That's why I am saying if their interest is finally lined up with shareholders then they should tie their bonuses and compensations to share price performance. Get the s.p to 1st target price, the .80c then, you as in the company, can enjoy their compensations and bonuses. Then get the s.p to 2nd target price $1.00 and enjoy your next compensations. This way we know their interest is lined up

I also don't like how the private placement is done at .45c but warrants exersizable at .60c Well below the .80c target price.  So its like if they decide to exersize those warrants 2 years from now and in 2 years if the s.p is say $2.00 then for those warrants to be exersized the s.p has to come down to .60c on the last exersizable date. Those warrants should have been closer to the

You both are correct.  As I post shares are being dumped big time.  This could actually go back into the 20's.  Sad what Jeff and the board have done.  You would have thought they would have learned their lesson from the new issue they did about 4 years ago.  And with all those warrants out there now at 60 cents. Thanks.  It's not the market swings.  I made a living as a bond trader.  I lived market swings for over 35 years.  It's the incompetence that made me move on.  They will all be making their wages from the money they raised.  So if it never goes up in price it's all good for management.   I also feel stupid for educating several infrastructure people
