Wow, your exactly rite . They didn't have to raise money rite now. Especially after raising their loan limit from 3 to 8 million. That was a really bad call on the part of management. And their probably sitting around scratching their heads thinking why is our stock price going down. Boy they don't have to look far to find the problem! Rite

They have $10.5 mil in cash currently. And I am sure this cash will be used to make an acquisition probably next year. So .06c per share sits in cash or about 15.5%
