The energy market is hot, but I think the smaller companies in the industry still aren't fetching the values many of the larger companies get.  It's good for CET that they aren't paying premium for their acquisitions.  Like, CET with the recent bought deal financing ends up with a much higher bookvalue of $0.55/share and now trades at 1.07 to book, but a company like PHX trades at 1.9.  If CET trades similar it'd be over $1+/share.
