CGR has NOT sold to USGL....at least not yet.... McEwen & USGL apparently still intend to make an offer for all of the outstanding shares of CGR, but that offer has not yet been made officially. [USGL has only issued a letter signaling its intent.] Rumour has it that USGL is awaiting approval from the SEC to go ahead with making the formal offer. Once the regulators approve, the offer
