one of the lamest upgrades of all times but I suppose better than nothing

finally hit a new high today and should bust through 10 bucks for good anytime now.

the reason i said it was lame was their previous target was 11 so they boosted it to 12 about a 8 per cent increase and raised to outperform.  outperform should be 14-16 or higher regardless the key here is to watch the debenture trading.  it shows sure as god made little green apples that big money is coming in and hedging that the share price is going higher and leveraging the
