It's been a good run since July and I've decided to sell my entire position, going to go into some reits, and possibly renewables as they seemed to have corrected a bit lately plus that was what i was holding before i got into the aviation sector, might buy a little bit of Aercap when things calm down a bit because that announcement was a pretty big deal

GLTA, not that i think you would need luck with the reopening of the economy and probably fairly soon travelling.

CHR is a long term hold for me... I also own the reit MRT.UN if you are interested, It is still trading for dirt. If you believe the office and the mall are dead, maybe look elsewhere but I am a contrarian. Just like when everyone thought we would never fly again after 9/11 and now covid... that's when I buy. gl

  Sad to see you go, I have been lurking this forum and following your posts since my initial purchase in April. You're always on the ball and provide interesting caveats to things said during earnings etc. I've accumulated 30k shares with a 2.44 avg. Wondering why you will be cutting ties with CHR? With their increased mandate with jazz, once covid travel woes are behind us

Pleasantly surprised that some people found my posts useful. The deal with AC is a good deal, I think the timing of it is beneficial to Chorus more than AC actually. imo there will be a deal resulting in resumption of a lot more regional flights after the bailout/loan program for AC is announced which should be relatively soon. Chorus had a whole year of lease revenue advantage and traded it for
