My issue is not necessarily with the stocks he picks that is his expertise, the issue is the way he is able to promote his book on a national forum build it up and then dump top stock picks in a very misleading way! That hurts retail investors portfolios! People watch for reliable information.

Not the point. He is on there because people want to hear from him. Everything he pumps or dumps on he has to disclose whether he owns them or not. If you want to get rid of him then contact BNN and let them know he is intentionally doing something wrong or call OSC and complain. I personally don't follow the advice of anyone one. Do you homework and pick wisely and you'll do as good as

I disagree it is the point! There are many demagraphics and experience levels in this investment forum so I just like to point out the inconsistencies I have noticed.......food for thought. People should do exactly as you suggest with thier portfolios I certainly do. To my way of thinking he is in a pretty niche area of the market and may have an out sized influence. So add some value, or rather cre8 some value with your posts! Document what he is holding and when, document what he pumps and what he dumps, and then come back with some facts. All this chatter about Eric the P&D artist is really stale ... and not once has anyone ever actually done the DD to show a trail of misguidance.  Ever.

Funny I didn't see anyone complaining about this when he owned cj in his fund, very good chance it will end up in his dividend fund, so mellow out, it's quitting time
