Thinks Cj is ok for what they do and where they are financially.

He said they are good to about $65 oil to keep the divi but doesnt like their shorter reserve life. He doesnt own it or option it because the float is too small

He's been wrong a lot in the last year or two.

This stock has frustrating tenancies over the past year or so, it's divys are the main reason I hold ,HOWEVER, one of the key reasons I stay with Cj is Murray Edwards.   As a major shareholder I trust his judgement in cj's future.  He's a lot wealthier than Eric and numerous others.  And didn't get there on luck Or fate.

yeah he said GXE was good to 75 and same about float. WRONG CJ payout was 105% last quarter ... av oil was about $75 so again WRONG Ignore at your own peril. Company results are right in front of you, no need to speculate or "ask Eric"

either you believe oil is going higher or not. div is safe even if oil stays where its at. can always take on more debt for q or 2 if they also believe in oil going higher

Exactly what the GXE pumpers said - taking on more debt to pay div no big deal ... until it was. Roulette is your game but you are not investing. Oil isnt going up. Politics will keep it down. War, more covid lockdowns, if you cant smell this well .... lose it all.

hardly roulette its call value investing my cost are less than $3 a share for better than 20% return. plus capital app.

Cardinal shut in 700 barrels a day in q2 because of the wildfire  700*90*72=4.6M most of which is fcf  But i think you know that
