The fund is co-managed by BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. It invests directly and through other funds in the fixed income markets of Canada. The fund invests in Canadian dollars denominated fixed rate investment grade government bonds with a remaining effective term to maturity of between zero and six years. It seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Canada 1-5 Year Laddered Government Bond Index. iShares 1-5 Year Laddered Government Bond Index ETF was formed on January 31, 2008 and is domiciled in Canada.

It's trading right at NAV, so sure if the NAV goes down then the SP is likely to follow, however the spread between high and low since inception is very very tight.  Still a good place to park some money for fixed income in ones portfolio.  The div was cut 3 months ago.
