Congrats on the Project Certificate

Looks like NIRB has finally issued a Project Certificate to Cumberland for the new mine. In the letter issuing the project certificate, they still bring up the fuel barges that hasn't been resolved. I guess Cumberland is still in the naughty state. Nunavut is on the rise. Tahera, then Miramar, then Cumberland and then Baffinland. In 5 years they'll be operating 4 mines whereas a couple of years ago they had zero. EKIM
