I think the most important detail today was leverage is 4.7 from over 5x . leverage over 5x keeps institutional investors away. They plan to continue decreasing the leverage # through 2020. Good points Triggerman thank you ...Our only concern is "Seasonality" also did not realize they had a DRIProgram. We can not find the CLR . T reinvestment rules on there web site eg. discounting, extra . Any help here! Have held a full position in CLR basically forever but only in cash accounts & reinvest the dividend in other accounts. I just called my brokerage and asked them to apply the Clearwater DRIP to my holdings. Ive been getting my 3.75 ish % dividends plus 3% less than market price. It really does add up over time !
