I think the most important detail today was leverage is 4.7 from over 5x . leverage over 5x keeps institutional investors away.  They plan to continue decreasing the leverage # through 2020.   I continue to believe the share price makes Clearwater a potential acquisition target.  Fairfax financial has been building their preferred share holdings and they generally move their ...more

Good points  Triggerman thank you ...Our only  concern is "Seasonality" also did not realize they had a DRIProgram. We can not find the CLR . T reinvestment rules on there web site  eg. discounting, extra . Any help here! Have held a full position in CLR basically forever but only in cash accounts & reinvest the dividend in other accounts. NOTE:We did trim a little ...more

I just called my brokerage and asked them to apply the Clearwater DRIP to my holdings.  Ive been getting my 3.75 ish % dividends plus 3% less than market price.  It really does add up over time !
