Bidding up shares

Someone appears to be bidding up shares pre-open.  Ask was 0.92 and the Bid 0.95?

I believe you might be looking @ 2 different exchanges...CMK traded @ .92 in pre-market this morning but is showing a .95 bid/ask on the TSX...
