How can it be a dead cat bounce when there was real substance to this recent spike in s/p?????? The company has publicly said that it's proactivley up for sale.

I reallyhope alot of people get caught on the wrong side of that halt. Talk about an epic failure to hold for this long and sell and then miss the boat.

Shane or anyone else, I guess I missed that CMK has specifically said that they (as in the company) was for sale. Could you please copy-paste that into a post or the link in which they said that. CoalRookie, that statement in lamens terms says that it has hired GMP securities to help then fulfill the options that Marrett gave them instead of allowing the Marretrt plan to come into affect. That affect is 4 billion shares. Marrett was specific in saying that CLine must atleast sell 50% of the company to avoid the Marrett plan. Why don't yopu email Bates and ask him if he is selling the

Shane, Do you know if CMK can actively be selling the company and still take on a contract for coal sales?  Or, does New Elk remain in care and maintenance until the sell? Just curious.....

I don't see why they can't sign a contract. That would be good for Cline and the company who buys.
