Sold @ $3 instead...but could have sold a lot higher back then...oh well, I didn't lose (even though I bought in @ $2.73)....i can't see this moving back to $4 let alone $2 anytime soon :(  rate and reply

Labour costs are alot cheaper in African Congo than in Canada. There is also the Congo government risk. IVN had to stuff some pockets and do PR work.  rate and reply
