Relevance absolutely critical in retail today: Canadian Tire CEO 

Greg Hicks, CEO of Canadian Tire, joins BNN Bloomberg to provide his outlook for the company after it finished 2020 on a strong note. E-commerce sales in Q4 grew 142 per cent. He says that the company is focused on driving relevance one customer at a time.
