Halted to announce PO

Halted to announce POCan’t see this news making any positive movement tomorrow, plus revenues are a joke at $240,000 for 3 months. The first thing that I do before I even think of buying a stock is to look at their financials and they better have lots of cash, little debt, average amount of shares and REVENUES! If the company has all 4 I'll then look into other factors but you would be fairly safe buying into it and as it goes down like 3 out of the 4 its good, if it has 2 out of 4 you better be ready for rising risk.
